Linux application for startups

A startup company needed to evolve from an MVP to a production-ready product but lacked standardized processes and deployment practices. I helped the team optimize the development workflow, including stable image builds, installation procedures, and verification steps. I also integrated IoT devices with cloud services and implemented the complete OTA (over-the-air) update flow.

Android app: Bicycle parking

Addressed the problem of unsafe bicycle parking by helping riders find nearby secure parking spots. Leveraged the Google Maps SDK and a cloud database to provide up-to-date location data. Enabled users to create and review parking spots, fostering community-driven data contributions for continuous improvement.
